How long does it take to receive my product?
Typically, it takes about 1-3 business days for our products to be produced and sent out. Once shipped, we will deliver orders in 6-12 business days. Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.

We provide Free Shipping over $89. You can choose the delivery method during checkout:

We currently only ship logistics to the following countries: United States/United Kingdom/France/Germany/Italy/Spain/Sweden/Ireland/Canada/Australia. Other countries will gradually be opened for shipping, so please stay tuned! And kindly note that we are unable to ship to certain locations including AA, AE, AP, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico In USA. Because our carrier cannot guarantee a secure delivery to those destinations. We appreciate your understanding.
How will I know my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship.
Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holidays.
Failed delivery situation
We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by the negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.
Do you have shipping insurance?
We offer Package Protection insurance for peace of mind regarding damaged or lost items: If your package is marked as delivered but is damaged or lost, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
